Has just been knocked down on a bicycle on the way home.
A fool who opened the car door right in front of me.
The door grabbed my arm and then one took a flight and landed on the shoulder and head on the road
So now I sit with a sore shoulder and neck. shit.
Now I have to see if I can move tomorrow early.
Got ordered by my daughter to go to the emergency room, then just got home from there.
Blood clots in the arm, got a little twist in the neck and must limit TV, computer and phone as it can cause headaches and visual disturbance. What the hell are you going to do then.

Jan wins the Standard Senior and his 11th Presidential Medal. jan also wins the Danish Championships also in Senior, becomes number 7 overall. And then he beats the female Danish European Champion in Standard.
