1) How many years have you been shooting IPSC?
Proud to say I am at my 9th month as far as my formal exposure to practical shooting is concerned, although my PPSA i.d. is listed @ 090889
2) Who introduced you to the shooting sports?
Inspector Edgar Wooton, Arnelo Inoferio and Padz Rosendo Napigkit of Zamboanga Sibugay way back in 2009.I was then newly assigned at Kabasalan, when I got some vested interest on these 3 people, wherein I oblige myself to join a common ground and that is to register to a so called gunclub.But it was last year of May when I started to get really hook to the shooting sports.
3) In what division / category do you currently compete?
Production/Lawman
4) Can you describe the gun you use in your current division?
Well, it’s a 9mm Tanfoglio- Stock 2.. An extension of my body
5)Who is your gunsmith?
In Mindanao Island it’s the “IMPACT” gun repair shopIn Luzon its “ GunSpecs”
6) Which holster do you prefer?
Arnelo “dodong” Inoferio Holsters and Pouches
7) Which gun club do you belong to?
Zamboanga Sibugay Pistol and Rifle Gun Club (ZSPARC) Executive Combat Gun Club (EXECOMS INC.)
8) Which is the most memorable match that you participated ?
CHIEF BJMP “Ka Steve” Cup Oct 28 2016 @ Davao CityI was assigned in Davao from 2013-2015 and every BJMP fun shoot there I am always at the bottom... Half a year after, and 5 months under the “Goyena Academy program” I returned to Davao for that exclusive all-BJMP sanctioned match. I got the best result of my life hehehe…well basically 2nd only to BJMP’s best Mr Florante “ El Asentaw Mr Showman” Goyena. He was no.1 while I was the top2.The closest I got from my idol
9) Who is your shooting idol?
Of course.. Mr Florante “ El Asentaw Mr Showman” Goyena.. my Coach Eric Grauffel Jag Lejano Jethro Dionisio
10) What are your other sports and hobbies?
Tennis, basketball, swimming and a little dancing. And as to hobbies hmmm eating hehhe.. reading lots of books, traveling and… fishing
11) Why did you choose Team Icarus and Icarus Shirts: ?
I really love the quality of Icarus product, not to mention my admiration how well its management treats its customers, long before I met them personally . Iam a witness of it, coz everytime we shoot orders for Icarus Product, they are so approachable and so accommodating –--customer’s satisfaction being their topmost concern.Being named to the TEAM is a great blessing and a bonus from above, considering I am still very young in the shooting world. So far the best shooting family of my life.... with a very supportive management.I am really enjoying doing all my shooting staff and very very much honored to represent the company--- the company I love best , long before I joined the shooting world....
